White Soapwort - Saponaria

This herbaceous perennial is a perfect medicinal border plant. Slightly woody and very compact with a delightful mild fragrance. So fully of saponins you can create liquid soap by soaking the leaves in a bucket of water. This is the essential garden staple of any soap maker or just a great fragrant perennial addition to an ornamental bed. Approximately 50-75 seeds per pack.
